We collect permitted signals from configured external sources to identify market needs. Editors review candidates before publication. Evaluations may show reviewed source links, observation dates and aggregate measures; raw candidate excerpts remain private.
We retain collected evidence according to each source's access terms and retention requirements. To request removal, email contact@aisoup.net with the source URL or evaluation ID so we can locate related records.
We retain search keywords, optional categories, result counts, channel and timestamps for up to 30 days. Free search limits use a server-generated hash of the client network address; we do not store the address in the query database. Subscribers use a hashed customer identifier. Shared networks may share the three-search free allowance. Search topics may inform later background agent research; they do not trigger real-time generation or become evidence of market demand. Please omit personal or confidential information. Email addresses and recognizable access credentials are removed from stored keywords. Aggregated query topics are available to our internal research agent, not published in the public catalog.
Stripe processes subscription payments. We store Stripe customer and subscription IDs, the checkout email address, subscription status, and a hash of the access token to deliver and control access. We do not store card numbers. Subscribers can manage their subscription through the Stripe customer portal.
Editors choose and review configured public sources. Source platforms may change or remove content. We will review related records when we receive a reasonable removal request.
Optional usage measurement stores a keyed hash of a random browser-tab identifier, a broad source category, an approved campaign name, service and event timestamps for up to 30 days. Usage tables contain no raw IP address, email, claim text or full referring URL. Expired rows are excluded from reporting and removed on subsequent activity. You can disable measurement at the bottom of a service page; browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are honored. Financial and delivery records are separate.
